Our Process
Each Timber is milled on our property in Northern Idaho from locally-harvested logs.
Mortises, Tenons, and all joinery are cut using traditional chisels, boatmaker's slicks, and an assortment of power tools.
Custom Design or Standard Project
Whether it’s a tiny cabin, pavilion, or carport, we can work with you to design and build a frame that works for you. Each piece is hand cut and oiled or stained to match your vision.
Raising The Frame
After cutting all of the joinery, we load up the trailer and tow it to your location. For smaller structures, the raising can be complete within the first day of arrival.
